Paul J. Morgan - Attorney (email)

Paul J. Morgan founded the firm of Paul J. Morgan & Associates, P.A. in 1995, after 14 years of legal experience in Central Florida. Prior to establishing Paul J. Morgan & Associates, P.A., he worked as an attorney for the Orlando firms of Akerman, Senterfitt & Zimmerman, Shuffield, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A.

Mr. Morgan is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Workers' Compensation and is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, Ohio and Texas. He graduated with Honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1981. As a specialist in his field, Mr. Morgan is called upon to handle all aspects of a client's case, including trial practice and appellate work statewide. He has successfully litigated claims against all major insurance carriers.

In addition to cases involving work related injuries, Mr. Morgan handles discrimination and disability. He has received special recognition in both Orange County, Florida and Texas for "Pro Bono" legal service to the community.

Mr. Morgan is a member of the Florida Bar , Florida and American Academy of Trial Lawyers and Who's Who in American Law.

Gary J. Boynton - Attorney (email)

Gary is almost a native of Florida.  Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he moved to Florida at the age of six years. He graduated from high school in Central Florida.  Attending the University of Central Florida initially, he graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1978 from Stetson University College of Law.  He and his wife now live in Winter Park and have three children.

Gary began his legal career with Meyers, Mooney and Adler in Orlando in the fields of personal injury and worker’s compensation.  He opened his own office in 1981 and has been involved in all areas of the law.  Presently his emphasis is in litigation, particularly in the personal injury and worker’s compensation arenas. 

Active in various legal organizations since 1990, Gary is currently a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Florida Worker Advocates, Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Seminole County Bar Association.

 

Paul N. White-Davis - Attorney (email)

Mr. White-Davis was born in Brooklyn, NY from parents that emigrated from Jamaica, W.I.  He moved to Central Florida in 1982, and graduated from Lake Brantley High School in 1990.  Mr. White-Davis interned with the United Nations Environmental Programme in 1992 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rollins College in 1994.  He attended the University College of London in 1995, where he studied Evidence and International Human Rights Law and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. 

Mr. White-Davis was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and has been licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida since 2000.  He has been a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and the Caribbean Bar Association. He has also worked as a student mentor at Jones High School.

Mr. White-Davis served as a criminal Prosecutor in the State Attorney's Office in Orlando from 1998-2001, and has tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Mr. White-Davis also has years of experience in Workers' Compensation, having represented many major employers and insurance companies.  He now uses his talent and past experience to represent those accused of crimes by the State of Florida and injured workers. Mr. White-Davis is also available to serve you with any Immigration matters.
